Mr. Weil joined Bain Capital in 2015. He is a Principal in the Healthcare Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity Team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Weil was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he focused primarily on strategy and operations for clients across the healthcare industry.
