Mr. Rosen joined Bain Capital in December 2022 and serves as General Counsel for Private Equity in Europe.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Rosen was a senior transactional partner at Ropes & Gray LLP and the managing partner of its London office, where he specialized in private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Before Ropes & Gray, he was a partner at DLA Piper and Weil Gotshal. During his career in private practice, Mr. Rosen was recognized as one of the leading private equity professionals by Legal 500 (Hall of Fame), Chambers & Partners, and the Guide to the World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers.
