Mr. McArdle joined Bain Capital in 2006. He is a Partner and Head of IR Marketing, Diligence & Operations for the firm. Mr. McArdle leads the Investor Relations Marketing and Diligence team that supports fundraising and investor reporting for the Bain Capital platform.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. McArdle was a Director of Finance for Atlas Venture. He was also Co-Founder and COO of a software development firm that specialized in web-based database systems. Prior to business school, Mr. McArdle worked three years as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.
